Join Miles Kessler and Patrick Cassidy into an exploration of the relationship between a perspective of unity, oneness, non-duality, and the art of Aikido. They will be joined by a guest teacher, Dr. Dominique Cassidy.
The weekend will be a mix of physical training, meditation, contemplation and group inquiry. The event promises to be truly unique as this theme, “Aikido and Non-Duality”, is the primary direction for the retreat. Be ready for a direct approach engaging the body, heart and mind into the question of the discovery of our being and how that impacts and expresses itself through Aikido and action as a whole.
